Joanne Engler is the Vice President for Finance at Special Olympics Maryland. She is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of financial management in pursuit of achieving the strategic goals of the organization. Her position is tasked with increasing the efficiency of how transactional processes work and modernizing the back-office. She brings over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit arena having previously held positions at United Way of Central Maryland and St Vincent de Paul of Baltimore.
Joanne is a licensed Maryland Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Maryland College with a BA in Economics.
