Troy is a Vice President in the Employee Health & Benefits Division of Marsh McLennan Agency with 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry. He relies on his vast knowledge of the health-care insurance industry to help clients manage their benefits program through sound strategies and innovative, cost-effective plan solutions. He specializes in self-funding and Employer Captive programs that allow employers to better manage their financial position and make informed decisions based on utilization data.
Troy started his career with a national pharmacy retailer before joining MMA (then Insurance Associates) in 1999 as a benefits consultant and then Vice President.
Troy graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Business Management. He currently serves on the Membership Committee for ABC Metro Washington Chapter. In his free time, Troy enjoys skiing, cycling, golfing, hiking and attending Terps games.
